This mouthwatering experience lets you choose from a variety of iconic dishes, including pork in red chili sauce, Baja-style fish tacos, green peppers in Mexican cream sauce, tinga de pollo, pozole, mole, stuffed peppers, ceviche, and more. Perfect for food lovers, this immersive class takes you through every step of the cooking process, from shopping for fresh ingredients to creating the dishes from scratch. Classes start at 5:00 PM, and the location is sent to you one day prior to your cooking class. The class is great for celebrating a special event, you can even include a dessert of birthday cake to celebrate (for an extra cost).
Prices start at 1.800 MXN per person.
You can pick two of these main dishes for the cooking class:

Pork in dry chili sauce - chopped pork, slow cooked in a dry smoked chipotle sauce.

Ground beef in morita chili - cooked with potatoes and simmered with roasted tomatoes, brown garlic and morita chili sauce.

Baja style fish tacos (seasonal) - small fillet cooked in tempura style, covered with a delicious tamarind or chipotle sauce.

Green Peppers in Mexican cream sauce - Poblano peppers and white onion sautéed in butter then mixed with Mexican cream, corn and cream cheese.

Tinga de pollo (shredded chicken) - shredded chicken breast browned in onion and olive oil then slow cooked in adobo sauce.

Pozole (red or green) - this very traditional Mexican soup is made with hominy corn and chicken, aromatic herbs, and different chiles.

Mole (Veracruz style.) - a Mexican national dish! Made with more than 17 different ingredients including chocolate, plantain, chicken, peanuts, animal cookies, tortilla, sesame seeds, three different kinds of chilis and more.

Chile Rellenos (chicken or cheese) - stuffed jalapeño peppers with cheese, chicken or ground beef then covered with egg batter and deep fried, served on top of a handmade tortilla with red rice and red tomato salsa on top.

Shrimp & Fish Ceviche - fresh chopped fish & shrimp well cooked in lime juice mixed with tomato, onion, garlic, avocado, mango, cucumber, habanero, sal & pepper (everybody loves this)

Grilled lobster tails ($400 peso extra per person) - grilled lobster tails covered in butter and garlic sauce joined with a baked potato and green spaghetti.
Special sides that are included are red rice (Mexican rice), guacamole, Ricardos famous salsa macha, salsa verde, and hand made tortillas.
Prices:
$1,800 MXN per person for the cooking class (20% deposit required to confirm reservation)
+ $950 MXN for a pitcher of margarita (serves 6 margaritas)
+$1,000 MXN for dessert (3 leches cake chocolate cake or cheese cake)
